Craig van der Velden
Craig leads Anglepoint’s global operations which includes our Internal operations department, finance and accounting, commercial desk desk, legal, & Business Intelligence teams. In addition, Craig also leads the company’s SAM Service Delivery team — which includes our ITAM and SAM maturity assessments, ITAM program design, audit defense, vendor negotiation and contract negotiation practices.
Craig loves working strategically with clients to build successful and sustainable SAM and ITAM programs, focusing on the right balance of people, processes, and technology. Throughout his almost 20 year career, Craig has demonstrated an innate ability to communicate the technicalities of IT asset management to stakeholders in simple, plain language — ensuring the right level of executive support is maintained to reach his client’s SAM and ITAM program goals.
Prior to joining Anglepoint, Craig served as Client Delivery Manager at CSC (DXC), where he was accountable for the IT operations for one of Australia’s leading financial institutions and some of the world’s largest mining companies. Craig also designed and led Fujitsu’s SAM practice for Australia and New Zealand.
Originally from Australia, Craig is now based in London, England and holds various professional certifications with several tier-1 publishers, as well as ITIL, SAM, and project management certifications.
